Roscoe Mitchell will be appearing in a special concert at Blå on Monday, the 13th of September.

Mitchell, a saxophonist/composer long associated with the Art Ensemble of Chicago, has been at the forefront of free improvisation since the 60's.

The first set will be a solo Mitchell concert. The second set will be in an ensemble format with Norway's Lonely Woman. The repoirtoire will be Mitchell compositions and more.
